Marvel's Civil War Episode 2 is based on Civil War 2006 issue #2. The story starts with some group of unknown heroes beats up every super criminals and gains attention of Shield. The Act becomes a law and the hunt of Captain America and his allies begins.
Did you read the episode 1 of Civil War? What are your expectations? What do you think? Whom do you support?
Well there are a lot of questions like our minds.
Now let's start the Episode 2 of Civil War to clear our thoughts and move ahead in the story.
Scene 1
Location: S.H.I.E.L.D Helicarrier
We see Vulture and Grim Reaper, who are badly beaten up and injured. A Shield Agent was interrogating them.

Maria knew that it was all done by Captain America but he wasn't alone.
Next day, All newspapers published that Captain America is against the registration act and Ironman supports the registration act.
Scene 2
Location: New York City
We see Ironman, Mr. Fantastic, Hank Pym, She Hulk, Ms. Marvel and some other Superheroes, who had defeated a Doom Bot.

Ironman says that people will start to trust them again.
Shehulk asks Tony that what was the difference between shield agents and them?
Tony replied that they are still the same superhero but the only difference is that they were not Noobies.
Then Tigra asks Tony that what about Captain America?
Tony says that this time Captain was wrong and they were right.
Scene 3
Location: Baxter Building
We see Reed Richards (Mr. Fantastic) working on a project proposed by Tony and Hank Pym.
Then we see Susan Storm, she tells Reed that the people they are putting in jail are their friends.
Reed replies that all those individuals who are against the registration act are harmful to the society and people. Hence, it was wise to put them in jail.

In the meantime, Susan saw a CD lying on the desk on which "42" was written.
She asks Reed about it but Reed doesn't tell her clearly by saying that it was a secret project and he couldn't tell anyone about it.
Susan doesn't force him and tells that she was going to see Johnny in the hospital.
Scene 4
Location: The Daily Bugle, Peter Parker works here.
An Employee tells J. Jonah Jameson that Tony Stark was about to do a press Conference and Peter Parker (Spider-Man) wasn't present in the city to take the pictures.
Jameson replies that it was a historical moment because all the masked Superheroes will have to reveal their identity including Spider-Man.

Then the employee asks him if the Superheroes will reveal their identity or not?
Jameson replies, intelligent ones would definitely prefer to reveal their identity rather than going to jail.
When then see, Spider-Man swinging in his Iron Spider suit while Jameson is looking at him from inside his office.
Scene 5
Location: Tony Stark's Penthouse
We see Happy Hogan (Best friend of Tony Stark), telling him that 38 heroes had already signed the act.

Tony asks Happy about Captain.
Happy tells him that Captain America was against the act and he was making a team of Superheroes to resist.
Location change: Time Square
Time: Midnight
We see big screen of Time Squares showing that the registration act had became a law.
Scene 6
Location: Unknown
We see a Shield Helicopter hunting down Patriot but anyhow he evades them and hides in a building.
He tells other Superheroes that he was being hunted by Shield.

Suddenly, Shield Helicopter does a big explosion in that building and captures all the Superheroes in there.
The Shield Agents capture the members of Young Avengers.

Somewhere else, Daredevil is asking someone that they should go save the Young Avengers but he replies that Captain America and Falcon had already gone to save them.
Then we see the Bus in which the Shield Agents imprisoned the Young Avengers.
The Shield Agent sitting beside the Driver tells him that they were taking the Young Avengers to a building named "42" and it is very top secret.
After this the driver of the Bus kick him out of the Bus.
And it is revealed that the driver was Captain America.
Falcon was undercover with the young Avengers. Shield Agents blocks the road and Falcon asks Wiccan to teleport them.
Wiccan try to do it but fails.
The Bus was about to crash, but suddenly the spell works and Wiccan successfully teleports them to a secret place.

Cable and Daredevil welcome them, and they tell Young Avengers that they are a part of Team Resistance.
Captain America reveals that the secret place is a Shield Secret Base and only Nick Fury knew about it.
But Nick Fury is Missing.
One member tells everybody to look over the Television on the wall.
Scene 7
Location: The TV Screen
Tony Stark's press conference is taking place. Tony also invited the Lady who lost her Son in the Stamford Accident.
Then Tony calls up Spiderman and Spiderman appears in his classic suit.

Spiderman tells everyone that he never revealed his identity but the same day he discussed it with his family and came up with a decision to reveal his identity.

He also says that the registration act gave a choice to every Superhero, to do the same thing with respect from the people.
Then he take off his mask by saying that he is proud of his mask and hence he came forward to reveal his identity.

Conclusion
That's all for the second Episode of Civil War.
We can clearly see that the superheroes are divided in two groups.
